We have submitted pre-application DM/2026/00267 and have been advised by Sarah Jones that "The Heritage Team would not require listed building consent for the new pipe runs as these are minor enough to be classed as de minimise.We also plan to install battery storage to further enhance the sustainability of the solution. The battery equipment is planned to be installed in a basement room.
