    Reinstatement of a NRW flood warning station that has been in situ since year 2000 but was temporarily removed for essential bridge works in June 2022. Reinstatement would include the construction of a small concrete plinth used to anchor a solar kiosk containing river level monitoring and telemetry equipment. An armoured signal cable will be running from the kiosk to a radar head mounted on the downstream side of the bridge approximately 1/3 of the way across form the right bank (Welsh side).     There is a large copse of Ash Trees on the embankment behind Imagination House. The trees have now matured and are dominating the skyline meaning hardly any sunlight is entering the houses to the right hand side or to the rear of Imagination House. Neighbours have now taken it on themselves to cut various species of plants that are encroaching towards the property. I believe unless the trees are dealt with professionally then the trees will suffer the same fate. The owner of the land receives multiple complaints annually regarding the trees and now professional advice has been sought. It is proposed that around 25 Ash trees are thinned out, mainly from the top of the embankment and also the right hand side of the copse that runs along the boundary of the houses.
