Carry out the work in the enclosed report specified by James Pinder of Tree Care Consulting, reducing tree crown by up to 1.5-2m at suitable lateral branches and removing dead, rubbing or excessively damaged branches found in the trees crown. Tree C Removal of small, stunted Cypress, situated adjacent to the boundary with Mathern House. Tree is leaning into the garden, has dying branches and bark stripped by squirrels. Tree D Re-coppicing of Hazel bush, adjacent to shed and kitchen door to approximately 400mm above ground level. This is a renews the maintenance work previously carried out in 1994 (See enclosed copy Monmouth Borough Council letter 1994 letter). Tree E. Bay tree: Reduce height to that of adjacent pyracantha and laurel hedge to approximately 2.3 M above ground level. Remove side growth overhanging garden of neighbouring property, Drws y Plas and causing nuisance to the neighbour.. Tree F Holm Oak. Reduce growth over highway (St Tewdrics Church Road) back to front boundary wall. This tree also had work approved on it in 1994 to avoid nuisance to vehicles using the highway.
