The proposed work involves the maintenance and repair of existing watercourses, installation of water control structures and bunds within the existing watercourses to introduce variable water levels within the drainage works (marsh) to enable higher internal marsh water levels whilst maintaining low level routes for through conveyance from the railway culverts to the IDB pumping station. As part of the scheme some scrapes will be created from the edge of internal marsh drains to provide material for the bunds, create additional habitat and provide capacity to attenuate water flows to the existing drainage pump during periods of heavy rainfall.

What these statistics cover

These figures describe applications collected by PlanningTrack for Broads Authority, across all dates currently available. They are a partial dataset, rather than an authority-wide performance measure. The date range does not establish continuous historical coverage.

The approval percentage is approved records divided by approved plus refused records. Pending, withdrawn and unknown outcomes are excluded. No percentage is shown until there is an approved or refused record.
