Planning conditions
  1. The works to which this consent relates shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this notice. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by section 51 (4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004)
  2. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents: - Location plan - Plans as existing - Elevations as existing - Floor plans as proposed - Elevations as proposed received 7 April 2025. Reason : To define the plans/details to which this consent relates.
  3. Prior to the application of lime render to the rear of the listed building as part of the works hereby granted consent, a sample panel of lime render measuring not less than 1m by 1m and finished to match the colour of external stonework to the main part of the listed building shall be made available for inspection on site, to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved sample panel. Reason: To ensure that works are sympathetic to the special character of the listed building, in accordance with Policy L1 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2015-2030).
