Application overview
To remove deadwood from the oak tree to the front of the property and to selectively reduce the crown to give 3 metres clearance to the building. It is noted that although the report which accompanied the application was from 2001 it recommended that a 3 metre clearance was given to the building on a 5 yearly basis. The Council has no objection to this being adopted as the pruning regime for the oak tree without the need to make a formal application each time.
