Council planning record

Oak. Tree to be dead wooded, crowned and cut back as much possible all the way round by at least 4 feet. Tree to be evened up, as one side is very lop sided due to works only be being auctioned on one side in previous years. The tree is getting too big, it causes sever shading to the houses, it's too close to the house, it's causing the groun to become uneven and paths are starting to lift. I would prefer to have the tree fell and would consider a less invasive tree replanted if this was something we could discuss.
