Application overview
Application to vary conditions 2 and 9 of planning consent 240832 for the proposed erection of a Summerhouse, walkways and private tunnel from Strowdes Estate. Following demolition of the existing summerhouse. (Re-submission of ref 180351, amendment to ref 152813). Condition 2 refers to the approved details and condition 9 to protection of trees, and the variation is to make changes to the design of the tunnel portal structures and landscape treatments, together with an adjustment to the Pavilion to reflect updated flood levels.
