Understand planning application documents, officer reports and decision notices. Use a reading checklist, document table and worked example to inspect a case.
Application overview
T1 - Cedar: Reduce crown by 1-2m and balance from property by. T2 - Hawthorn: Reduce crown back to previous pruning points. T3 - Spruce: Cut back overhang branches by 1-2m to boundary. T4 - White beam: Reduce crown by 1-2m. T5 - Silver Birch: Reduce crown by 2-3m. T6 - Cherry: Reduce crown by 1-2m and reshape. T7 - Yew: Reshape crown by 1-2m. (Works subject to TPO 626/0035/1963)
