Understand planning application documents, officer reports and decision notices. Use a reading checklist, document table and worked example to inspect a case.
Application overview
T1 - Oak tree: Reduce overhanging stems to adjacent property by 2m. T2 - Oak: Re-trench back to live buds, remove deadwood. T5 - Pine: Reduce lower extended branches on roadside by 2m. T6 - Redwood: Remove deadwood. T7 - Oak: Remove deadwood. T9 - Reduce top of canopy by 2m. T10 - Cedar: Remove x2 lowest Eastern limbs back to main stem. T18 - Pine: Remove deadwood. T20 - Robinia: Fell to ground level. T22 - Pine: Remove deadwood. T35 - Cherry tree: Remove snapped stem. (Works subject to TPO 626/0335/1986) (Note: Permission not required for deadwood)
