T1 Field Maple ( Acer campestre) This tree is growing at an acute angle of a soft bank over a road due to being suppressed by dominant lime behind. As this trees canopy growth it will be adding to the weight and leverage at the base. This tree is likely to heave or fail at the base in the future. As it is a low amenity value i would recommend to felling.T2 Beech ( Fagus sylvatica ) This tree is also be suppressed by the lime with very little leaf in the gangly upper canopy. This tree is also at risk of failing due to leverage and the soft bank. It also is a low amenity value ill recommend felling this tree too.

I would like to put in a notice of intent to prune an apple tree in my garden.I have 3 small children and the current condition of the tree could be a potential hazard to them playing in the garden.I want to take the weight of some of the limbs off the main trunk as far as possible to allow the tree to be healthier and less of a hazard. Reduction due to disease and weight is approximately 2metres.The tree appears to not have been pollarded in roughly a decade. The tree produces an excessive load and apples fall continuously for several months which makes a hazard for small children playing underneath.
