T1 Oak Tree (Adjacent to the garage on the neighbouring Property Wangfield Farmhouse)Reduce the south and eastern canopy lateral branches and associated foliage overhanging the garage roof, to provide approximately 1.0 metre clearance from the roof line. Pruning will be undertaken selectively to retain the natural form and balance of the crown, with the upper canopy blended back into the existing crown profile. The individual stem/branch diameter cuts will exceed 40mm and retained branch lengths will be no less than 1.2 metres.All works will be carried out sympathetically and in accordance with good arboricultural practice, with the aim of maintaining the health, structure and amenity value of the tree whilst providing the required clearance from the garage.Works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998(2010), nearest best practice pruning points.
