To construct a decking area to replace overgrown, randomised paving patio at the bottom of the garden, next to the river. This will be a hardwood deck in a similar colour to that which is used on the opposite side of the river forming the bank. Framework will be 150mm high timber frame bolted to radix ground screws (removing the need for concrete foundations).
