Working Amendment for previously approved application A/21/91832/CU - The original proposal was to incorporate the basement as storage for 5 cycles. Building Control has assessed the basement and advised that it doesn't conform to the requirements in terms of head height and egress from the property and has advised that it would provide an unnecessary risk. I have worked with building control to specify another area of the property that would be adequate as the house storage and bike storage. I have also detailed the waste storage facility and modification to the waste water
