Application overview
Demolition (including removal of hazardous insulating materials) removal dismantling and site clearance of various structures, buildings, plant and equipment, contained within the GSK Ulverston manufacturing site. A small number of complex/high structures are to be dismantled as part of the project, including the redundant former cooling tower within the boiler house. A combination of remote machine intensive demolition techniques and equipment dismantling, utilising mobile cranes (as appropriate), and strictly controlled and engineered collapse will be used to carry out the project.
