The overhanging branches have grown significantly over the past few years and are now causing concern, including a dispute with the neighbouring property.We are increasingly concerned that, as time passes, the risk of damage to both properties is increasing. The proposed pruning works are intended to reduce this risk while ensuring that the tree is managed appropriately and in accordance with the requirements of the Tree Preservation Order.

    The tree in question (T9) has a T.P.0. Ideally I would like this removed, so the tree could be cut down.It is too close to the garage.The tree is aesthetically unattractive. It is a tall gangly tree that leans over the garage onto a patio area at the rear of our home. We have huge problem from pigeons droppings. Beyond the mess and property damage. I am concerned for my two grandsons who cannot safely play out on the patio. Up to two thirds of the patio area is affect, both boys have respiratory problems. (Asthma) I myself have compromised immune system. I jet wash the area and the following day its just as bad. The tree needs to be removed.
