T1 - cedar - fell and replant with 1 Irish yew. Tree is causing the retaining wall to collapse. Tree in raised border with limited rooting environment which would make rebuilding of the retaining walls difficult as the existing roots would have to be cut which will restrict root growth further. Also concerns regarding proximity to the property especially given the restricted rooting environment.T2 - holly - poor condition remove replant with one holly 20 litre pot
