Application overview
T1 - Beech - Crown reduce up to 2m of lateral branches all round. To reduce encroachment in to surrounding trees and over pavement area in front of property.T2 - Chestnut - Crown reduce 1.5 meters overhanging branches on property side of tree. To reduce the impact of bird feces causing the sloped pavement to become slippery.T3 - Holly - Fell and remove and re plant. Tree has become moribund.T4 - Ash - Crown reduce lateral branches over lawn area by 2 meters and crown lift to clear 3.5 m. Previous evidence of root plate lift with signs tree is correcting itself, pruning to balance crown.Previous planning application was granted to remove tree at the front of property but no longer required.
