1 x Oak to dismantle in sections to ground level, grind out stump to approximately 200mm below existing ground level - Oak has large Gymnopus fusipes around base with some large dead branches 1 x Hornbeam to reduce by 2m in height and 1.2m in width - This will allow more light. Council owned trees - to cut back all overhanging branches back to fence line full height of the trees. The trees are excessively hanging and client wants to cut back to improve light to his garden and prevent lots of debris - I know this doesn't need to be on the application but this is to make you aware the client wishes to cut the overhang back.
