Application overview
Development objective is to replace aged UPVC, horizontally laid, white external cladding with lookalike James Hardie Fibre Cement planks, arctic white, cedar finish horizontally laid cladding. Proposed cladding provides a better-engineered solution for pest resistance, moisture, and ultimate fire resistance in comparison to UPVC while providing a match to existing aesthetics. The project also aims to upgrade the insulation of the wall build-up for better performance (Please find the product brochure attached herewith)
