Application overview
T1 - Conifer; fell to ground level. This tree is cracking the rear pavement area and the roots stretch under the kitchen, affecting the foundations. The tree is considered too tall for its location and has low amenity value. T2 - Holly; fell to ground level. This tree is also cracking the patio at the back of the garden and the applicant wishes to erect a summer house there in the future. Also considered to be of low amenity value. G1 - Hawson Cypress; removal. This hedge is affecting the use of the driveway and the reasonable use of this space. The hedge is in a poor state and is very overgrown at present.
