Erection of a one and a half storey lean-to-rear extension following the removal of the existing single storey conservatory, alterations to the 19th century lean-to extension including re-rendering in lime/repairs, insulation to walls and removing slates, repairs where needed, insulation, replacement of slate finish, raising the height to add over rafter insulation and extending the C19 chimney stack, relocation of the C19 window to the ground floor lobby and store, insertion of posts and foundation pad in the C19 store and an underpinning plinth if required.
