Continuous use of the land and the mobile home thereon for: i) the use for the storage of woodland management equipment; ii) the use by the current freehold owner and up to 11 other family members, friends, invited guests and employed contractors to facilitate care, improvement and enjoyment of the woodland and adjacent pasture (known as Trebler’s Wood) to include overnight stays of up to two nights a week with overnight stays of up to a week on up to four occasions per year; and iii) the use for social and recreational gatherings of up to 12 people on up to 10 occasions per year.
