Application overview
Variation of Condition 43 (Hours of Operation) of planning permission NWB/14CM034 (Lateral extension of the existing quarry, the creation of permanent landform features, the consolidation and regularisation of existing operations and associated ancillary development) in order to amend the hours of operation associated with tip removal, soil stripping and overburden removal within Phase 1 operations from those currently permitted (0800-1730 hours Mondays to Fridays and 0800-1200 Saturdays) to 0700-1900 Mondays to Fridays and 0700-1400 Saturdays. From Phase 2 onwards tip removal, soil stripping and overburden removal works would revert to the existing permitted hours of operation.
