Application overview
Change of use from B2 (general industrial) to a waste management use. The site at Prologis Park will be receiving dry mixed or separated recyclable waste. A treatment activity will be performed inside the building of automated and manual sorting, grading, crushing, compacting, bailing and loading of dry recyclable waste. There shall be no treatment of batteries or oil on site. The storage of dry waste and hazardous will be inside the building. The treatment process and storage will be monitored by the Environment Agency. The B1(c) and B8 uses will continue on the site.
