Application overview
Proposed demolition of temporary buildings to the rear of the property and proposed extension of the factory to create an additional 800 sqm of factory and warehouse space. Proposed replacement of existing asbestos cement roof cladding and fragile rooflights with a modern insulated profiled metal cladding with new mansafe GRP rooflights and proposed photovoltaic panels on all SW facing roof slopes. Wall cladding profiles and colours to match the existing perimeter cladding with light grey cladding to the roof areas.
