External alterations to include the replacement of main entrance doors to the front elevation with automatic bi-parting folding doors, making good of the shopfront with replacement glazing, removal of existing plant to the rear elevation and the installation of new air conditioning condensers protected from the service road access by bollards. New ventilation louvres will also be installed to the rear elevation at high-level and will be coloured to match the existing cladding
