Oak - crown lift to 5m above ground level, crown reduce by 10 percent. Sycamore - remove one stem pushing the neighbour's fence, reduce remainder of the tree to achieve an overall height of 10m and a spread of 7m, reduce crown over neighbour's property by 10 percent.
