Application overview
Three storey new build with office accommodation on ground floor and flats above. The site previously received Full Planning Approval (15/0461/FUL) for the change of use of the redundant public house to a multiple flat unit with office accommodation and associated new built flats. Revised application to move the new build element back by 1 metre from the back of pavement and amend the number of flats to 8 No. 1 bedroom flats and associated parking and cycle storage. (amended description).
