Section 73 application to amend planning approval 19/1543 to allow for the amendment of condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for the subdivision of B2/B8 unit in addition to amendments to fenestration and minor amendment to kerb line of access to B2/B8 unit to provide a compound kerb. Minor adjustment to glazing and building height of A1/A3 unit, reconfiguration of parking and service arrangements for both units and associated amendments to landscaping scheme. Removal of pre-commencement conditions 4a (Construction Environmental Management Statement), 5a (Precautionary Working Method Statement), 6a (Surface Water) and 8a (Local Labour) and variation of conditions 4b, 5b, 6b. Variation of conditions 11, 12, 13, 14, 15a, 16b, 19, 21, 23a, 24 and 25 to reflect amendments to condition 2 (approved plans) (Scheme affecting pubic right of way Ald17).
