Listed Building Consent: Approval is sort to retain works to a listed building as follow: Paint the timber shopfront in "Heritage" approved colours. New signage. Internally; new stud walls, replace plastered walls with plasterboard, new doors, installation of Kitchenette and the installation (and the re-positioning of) Wash Hand Bowls, with their respective water supplies and drainage.
