T1 Curly Willow, remove, reason being close proximity to boundary wall. (wall is showing signs of cracking) the driveway has been recently repaired due to surface roots damaging the previous driveway, also roots were blocking the drains and the applicant had to have the roots severed to unblock the drains.T2 Sycamore stem covered in Ivy, remove, this tree has been topped at approx 4-5m and is now just a stem covered in Ivy and does not resemble the shape of a tree with no crown. So due to Arboricultural reasons it would be best to remove and replace.Replacement trees to be confirmed but on site, 3m tall Holly was suggested for the replacement of T1 and possibly standard Birch or Field Maple for T2
