There are 2 large copper beech trees covered by the TPO. We had permission to carry out remedial work and reduce shading to our garden some years ago, but this has lapsed. Some of the branches have now become dangerous. We found a large branch in our garden this morning. We urgently need permission to have both trees inspected by a tree surgeon and any remedial work done. In the intervening years the shading has returned and we would also like to prune back some of the lower boughs again. 8. Decision MadeP18/V3460/TPO

6 Corsican Pines - I want to have the trees felled as all my neighbours have had theirs removed over the years, I have been here since 1981 (approx 200 trees). The trees are shedding smaller cones each year and more and more branches and needles, and clog up my gutters with needles. Also if the trees were to fall as they are no longer part of a strand of trees they would damage gardens all along my road and I could not afford to pay the damage costs. Also the rooks haven't nested in them for the last 2 years. There are 2 rows of 3 trees approx 6ft apart down my garden.
