Proposed change of use from an Office building (Class E) into a Family Residential Centre (Class C2). The external envelope of the build remains as existing and unchanged. All services and access remain unchanged. The existing hardstanding in the courtyard is to have minor modifications to create an amenity space with a bike and buggy store added.
