Application overview
Proposed upgrade to the building fabric, thermal comfort, mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of the property. Repair, renovation and retrofit of existing building and remedial works to repair previous subpar/inappropriate work. New extension and internal alteration. Re-roofing/repair to a section of the roof. Structural repair/insertion of new support to areas of the roof and timber frame. New landscaping works and outbuildings.
