Application overview
Demolition of chimney, brick up the resulting gap in the exterior wall, and extend the lime render on the majority of the south elevation ground floor to cover the remaining exposed brickwork. As the chimney extends slightly into the roof, the roof will need a small amount of reconstruction and consequent alterations to the guttering
