Retrospective Planning application for the retention of the existing Annexe for the Incidental and sole use of the property owner of East Cottage. Removal of existing balcony and balustrade and replacement of existing patio doors serving the existing balcony with a new window. Removal of the vehicular access from the public highway which currently serves the Annexe. Retention of the single storey flat roofed extension and retention of rear dormer window to the rear roof slope.
