T1 - Rowan tree is middle aged and is becoming out of scale with its surroundings. Whilst relatively small, it is significantly impacting on the adjacent dwellings, dramatically reducing the natural light into the properties, to the extent that the lux factor in one property is diminished way below the normal expectations of reasonable living. Lights have to be on during daylight hours. The works below are to minimize the physiological and structural impact on the tree while serving to bring tree back into scale with its surroundings and improve living conditions of the 3x properties nearby. Our recommendations are to raise canopy to 2-2.5m, prune in side growth by 750mm-1m leaving a canopy spread of approximately 3m and reducing height by 2-3m leaving a finishing height of approximately 7m. No cuts to be larger than 50mm in diameter.
