Application overview
The change of use of Denman College and curtilage from Class C2 to a single family dwelling including the demolition of the ground floor refectory on the western elevation, and replacement with a single storey side extension. Internal alterations. The demolition of structures related to the Class C2 use, together with the comprehensive landscaping of the site. The erection of ancillary garden buildings.
