Council planning record

I would like to carry out the following work to trees in my garden: 1) Fell a dead black walnut tree which is situated at the back of my garden near Spring Road next to the conifers mentioned below. 2) Remove a young ash tree which has grown in the wrong place. It's growing next to the boundary wall with 37 Spring Road which could damage the wall. It is also growing up into the overhanging electric cables which I know Southern Electric are not happy about. A tree surgeon has also told me that the ash tree will very likely die of Ash dieback soon as it's affecting so many trees. 3) A collection of Conifer trees are located at the rear of the garden and overhang Spring Road. The trees are out-growing their location. The branches are growing into power lines and over-hanging the road. The roots will eventually cause damage to the wall. A tree surgeon has recommended the conifer trees are reduced under the power lines and the branches are trimmed back. This will turn the trees into a high hedge, thus reducing the risk of future tree/branch failure. (Reduction of 5-7m). 4) I have a large magnolia that is over 30 years old in the middle of my garden in the right hand bed and I don't think has ever been pruned. It's grown too big for the space in the garden and I would like my tree surgeon to prune all over by about 1 metre, to reduce the size of the crown and allow more light into the surrounding flower bed. .
