Council planning record

T1 Lime Tree We would like to crown reduce this tree. We would like to crown reduce this tree back to or very close to the old cuts from its previous reduction. Around 4 meters from height. 3 meters from the manor side. (This side is more extended than th other side overhanging Holywell house.) 2 meters from side overhanging Holywell house as this side has not grown as much as manor side. The tree will be balances in shape when finished. Reasons for this work is that Holywell house (The neighbour) is disappearing underneath it. There has been a increase in debris falling from the tree and landing on the property roof. Given its size and the proximity to the house, it is causing concerns in strong to high winds. Lack of natural light.
