Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
T1 + T2 mature Apple trees with decay and dysfunction at the base and in the main stems. Fruiting bodies and cavities. Trees have been pruned heavily historically and relatively recently and I feel they require restructuring down to approximately 3m to mitigate the wind loading on the trees. There is copious low level epicormic regeneration on the stems which will serve as ready to go regeneration from the framework created by the restructure.
