Application overview
T1 - (T7 on TPO map) - Scots Pine - Sectional fell to ground level. After completing recent works at the property (application reference P23/VO385/TPO) I noticed that T7 on the TPO schedule (a semi-mature Scots Pine) has severe bark loss and stem dieback/death visible and the canopy is thin and etiolated. I estimate that one one section of the stem, 50% of the stem is dead. Due to the location of the tree adjacent to the drive where cars are parked and the condition of the stem and tree as a whole, I have recommended to my Client that the tree is removed.
