FIVE DAY NOTICE One large Ash tree in back garden of my property. The tree has Ash dieback disease and needs to be taken down as soon as possible. Two years ago we took off one diseased branch and filled cavity with concrete to try to save the tree.(The tree is very close to dividing wall between my house and neighbour and their summerhouse. Unfortunately the tree is much worse now and has a large split down the centre. I am worried that this is now a health and safety issue as recently we have experienced high winds in an exposed area and the tree is steadily getting much worse. This matter is of great urgency. Removal of tree, Health and safety issues with tree, garden very exposed and next to open fields.
