Application overview
Removal of T8 and T10 poplars as per drawing 'Atwood House - TPP - April 2022'. The property is having a rear 6m extension to the property, and the garden is having a full re landscape (see drawing 7734-L-1300 Softworks Plan). As the client cant raise and level his garden because of the flood zone, the architect has proposed we lower the lawn level so the client can still achieve his goal of having a flat sports lawn. This is where T8 and T10 become a problem as the level would be below their current ground level. In regards to what we will do to re plant, please see the attached proposal where we will be importing a vast range of specimen trees to replace the trees we are removing so we do not completely expose and make the area bare.
