Cupressus - remove to ground level including root as needed, due to damage to garden steps and coping on adjoining 1m high retaining wall. The tree is between 5 & 6m high. The stem is approx 3m from no.4 and 2.5m from the bay window of no.5 St Michaels. This is well within falling distance. The tree appears to be dying. It is also leaning to the southeast.
