Resubmission of previously approved planning scheme P21/V0723/LB / P21/V0722/HH (dated 14.6.2021) to extend and alter Cherbury Cottage. Revised scheme to include minor changes to the fenestration and to replace all window & doors fixtures within the contemporary fabric of the building to estate lizard grey aluminium fixtures (as amended by plans received 15 November 2022 to include first-floor gable and minor alterations to glazing)
