Application overview
T1 - Large Sycamore - raise section of lower canopy which overhangs the parking area to be raised by means of pruning to provide a clearance of 4m above ground level with final cuts no greater than 75mm and to be made at suitable points of secondary live growth. All sections of significant deadwood within the canopy with the potential to fall into the parking area below to be removed. T2 - boundary trees to east of T1 that overhangs neighbours property - all overhanging sections to be cut back to behind the boundary line making final cuts to suitable pruning points of secondary live growth, making final cuts of a diameter no greater than 50mm
