Council planning record

All Trees are located within our property boundaries of Linden Cottage, Buckland. The first is a conifer tree- situated to the right of the double garage and directly next to an Oak Tree in the neighbouring Garden- we believe the Oak has a TPO- by removing the conifer it will allow the Oak more space and light to grow, as it is currently growing up into the Oak (we aren't sure how this tree has been allowed to get so close to this beautiful Oak). We are concerned the conifer is also causing damage to our double garage and boundary wall. In the middle of the back boundary is a tall leaning tree which is being suffocated with Ivy- we wish to remove this, As it is causing the ivy to grow into the laurel hedge, the tree has no proper branches and is very unsightly. To the front of the property on the corner is some more conifer's which we wish to remove and replant some other trees/shrubs. The current conifers have not been looked after and are growing into the house/blocking the light as they are up against the windows. We are also concerned they may be effecting the foundations/walls of the house due to how out of control they are. We have looked at just trimming them back but have received advice they are 'to far gone' and the best option is to remove (if allowed) and replant something else.
