T1- Ash. Section fell one ivy clad ash at the front of the property. The tree is ivy clad, showing signs of ash die back and is situated in a poor place to mature; if indeed it doesn't succumb to disease. There has been a huge amount of mitigation planting already on the property due to the recent landscaping project.
